I've been having some problems lately with one of my wisdom teeth. It actually surfaced, was pushing into my other teeth, and therefore, gave me some massive headaches. So, I finally said something to Michael about it. I think he was kinda excited - that I would need something he sales...So, he got me an appointment with his friend Dr. Kirk Hampton. He's pretty well known in Dallas for Cosmetic Dentistry.
My appointment was yesterday at 7:00 a.m. It took at little while before we got started. I spoke to several of the office staff which I haven't seen since their Christmas party. And we had to take X-Rays. That was the first time I have ever seen a panoramic X-Ray machine. It's pretty cool - it turn all the way around your head.
The tooth that had already surfaced came out REALLY easily. The other was impacted in bone tissue and needed quite a bit more work. Michael came in at the end of the procedure. He brought up Kate and Ethan. Afterwards, he headed for the airport so he could make a lunch appointment in OK City. And I came home - YES, I drove myself home. It was pretty amazing actually. I was a little sore, but I functioned all day - with four kiddos! So, I think Dr. Hampton rocks! And Michael too - I mean, if it wasn't for him, Dr. Hampton wouldn't have a laser! So, all that to say that if anyone needs a referral for ANY type of dental work, I've got a GREAT referral!!
