However, I must brag a little. He went shopping in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. He said he saw all the shops, including but not limited to Cartier, Gucci, Armani, etc. He didn't bring home diamonds.... but he did bring home a Coach handbag!! The man ROCKS!! How many men actually go shopping for their wife's handbag? (Especially when it isn't mother's day, birthday, or anniversary. And did I mention he can get one at Brighton at a discount....because my mother is a manager at the store in Southlake....) Major brownie points!!!!
Anyway...after Kate's recital on Saturday we had a surprise birthday party for my Grandmother. She turned 80 years old on Monday. Best looking 80 year old I've seen in a LONG time! And she could probably run circles around the best of us, truth be known. So, here are some pictures from the grand event..
This is MeMe with my four kiddos. Can you tell that they're tired of saying "CCCHHHEEEESE!"?
This is my cousin Erica (nicknamed Big E by softball teammates) and my little "Big E"
This is MeMe with 3 of her son-in-laws. R to L is my Daddy (a.k.a. Granddad), Uncle Kevin (a.k.a. Uncle Goofy - and believe me the name fits :) and Uncle James
This is MeMe with 3 of her girls. Top right: My Mother, Aunt Ruth (Uncle Goofy's other half) and on bottom is MeMe and then Aunt Sandra (Michelle's Nana)
This is Michelle grabbing the fork with icing on it and putting it where it belongs.
Sweet Baby Michelle....

This is Ethan and Michelle playing in the floor. Would you believe that they are only 3 weeks apart?!?
