For some reason, I feel compelled to share with you today my favorite snack (drum roll, please)...Texas Tango Mango Salsa. I love it. I mean, I Love, Love, LOVE it!!
I first tried this in Canton (First Monday Trade Days. Those of you from Texas know what I'm talkin' about!). I bought one jar there and have ordered it from their web site since. It is fabulous - not spicy hot - more sweet and savory. It's made by New Canaan Farms and their website is SouperJams.com They offer other products as well. But this is my favorite and I'm stuck on it! And may I take this opportunity to tell you that it goes best with Tostitos Flour Tortilla Chips and my other obsession (or addiction) Chick-Fil-A Sweet Tea.
