Well, we have officially survived the first week! Mason and Connor had an AWESOME first week of school. Connor was so excited today because he got to make a trip to the "Treasure Box"! I have been amazed each morning at their eagerness to get to school. The mornings have been relatively smooth...the afternoons are a bit more crazy. Connor has speech therapy 3 times a week and he meets with a reading specialist once a week. Mason has karate twice a week and football practice twice a week. I feel as though I have reached "Professional Mom" status! Instead of the white SUV, I should have a bright yellow one (like Michael) and painted it "Mom's shuttle bus". I can't imagine what it will possibly be like in a few years when ALL FOUR of them are in activities! WOW!
Kate, Ethan, Michael, and I have been a little under the weather. Kate and Ethan got the croup and I think it made Michael and I get more cold like symptoms. We are very thankful for this long weekend just to relax!

HI! Hope that you are feeling better soon. I am not sure how I found your blog- but I check-in to see how you are all doing.
I am also a mother of 4- and have a Mason and a Kate(lyn). The kids start school on 9/2. I'm sure I'll blog about it- maybe when 2 out of the 4 have left for the day! (yay- and a bit sad....) but the quiet will be nice.
