Jeremiah 29: 11-14

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you."

Thanksgiving Weekend.

Below are just a few pictures from Thanksgiving. We had a good day overall. Unfortunately, Michael still isn't feeling well. It was definately a good thing we stayed home rather than going out of town. We ate lots of great food and had tons of leftovers!

This is Mason playing with Ethan.

Here's Uncle B and Ethan just chillin' on the couch.
Here is Kate and Daddy gettin' ready for a nap.

Grabbie and Ethan were dancin'!

As mentioned on my previous post, Ashley and I went shopping at midnight at Grapevine Mills Mall. I COULD NOT get over the crowds! What kind of crazy people go shopping at midnight? Seriously.
Well, these two crazies had a great time and it was VERY beneficial! Let me just say that Tommy Hilfiger (both kids and adult stores) had the ENTIRE store at 50% off. No kidding. Let's just say that my children will be set for clothes for the winter.
We were home by 2:30 and slept for a few hours. And then we headed out at 7 for our second round. We didn't get home until after 1:00 in the afternoon. Let me just add that we were at Target for over 3 hours. Crazy. But worth it.
At 5:00 we took the kids (minus Ethan due to the weather) to downtown Ft. Worth for the Parade of Lights. It was lots of fun. After getting too cold and hungry, we decided to go eat at a Mexican restaurant. We were even lucky enough to get a table right beside a window. So we watched the rest of the parade in warmth and while stuffing our faces. Perfect!

I don't know if you can see the banner, but it reads "Jesus". The man in the long white robe, riding on a hourse, followed by two angels was breath taking!

This is Kate and I being silly at the restaurant.

Kate and Grabbie

This was a real Christmas Tree that they lit at the end of the Parade.

And on Saturday morning I made my children Snowmen pancakes. They loved it. And I owe many thanks to McMommy's blog for the idea!

Yum. The only thing that could be better would be Snowmen waffles (Ha Ha..Grabbie!!)
