Okay, for those of you of have ever thought that I might be a candidate for the "crazy bin" this post will probably give you confirmation.
I had a dream last night....one of those dreams that lasts the E-N-T-I-R-E night. And we (Michael, myself, and all of our children) were in the White House. President Obama was there also, but somehow both he and Michael were in a great positions of leadership. (Although I can just hear Kyle Medlock right now, "anything with more than one head is a freak") I don't know how we got there...we just were. And let me tell you that in my dream Baraak and Michelle Obama were the nicest people and were so incredibly pleasant to be around! We actually enjoyed their company and just hanging out with them. And I vividly remember planning all of our overseas trips together. Infact my mother was so relieved that we had paid staff to keep the children so she wouldn't have to take off so work! (She remembers the Minolta days). And get this...we even had many of our evening meals together...our entire families! And we like it!
I know all of this was crazy. Especially since my hubs and I have no political ambitions what so ever. But in all honesty, I woke up this morning with a refreshed opinion that maybe Mr. and Mrs. Obama aren't so bad, after all. We definately have different political views and opinions. But after my dream, I am led to believe that maybe he isn't that bad after all. I think he really does want the best for this country. It's just that he and I have opposite views on what is "best". But as I have stated before on this blog, he is my President and I will support and pray for him, his family, and his administration.
The only thing that stinks is that when I woke up I also realized that I won't make it to the Castle in London any time soon. :(
So, I'm curious...how many of you have had a dream and it changed your outlook on something?
