It's About Time...

Yes, I know I'm a blogger looser! It's been two weeks since I've posted and I could give you my thousand and one excuses...but I'd rather just get to the important stuff. Two weeks ago I was busy getting ready for our family reunion. It is held every year on Memorial Weekend. I haven't been in probably 15 years. When Michael was working for Minolta we were gone every year for his company trips on that weekend. So, we went this year with all the kiddos. It is held at Lake Tiak O' Khata is Louisville, Mississippi. Thursday evening we went as far as my MeMe's house in Shreveport, LA. We met up with all of my mother's sisters and their families. On Friday morning we all caravaned together the rest of the way. While there we got to see most of my MeMe's brother and sisters and their families.

Like I stated, all of my Mom's family came (except for my Mom and Dad) My sister and brother-in-law came but were not present in the pic:



We had a great time. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. They have some slides and diving boards they made for a super time in the water:








After coming home from the reunion Mason had a major school project to complete. Then we had Kate's birthday party on Saturday. (Those pics will be available later in the week.) Stay tunned...
