Jeremiah 29: 11-14

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you."

Polar Express

On Monday, the 22nd, we met Michael's family in Palestine to take the kids to ride the Polar Express train. It was AWESOME! The entire experience was priceless! They did so many things that resembled the movie.

The conductor came around to punch everyone's ticket.

We were all served hot chocolate with a chocolate Santa snack. The kids loved drinking their hot coco while watching the landscape while the train moved down the tracks.

As we pulled into the next train station, the kids saw a huge christmas lights display.

They even had Santa's red sleigh with all of the reindeer.
Before we left, Santa came to visit all of the kids.
He gave every child "their first gift of Christmas"....a silver bell. It was beautiful and the kids loved it!

This is MoMa (Michael's mom) with all of her grandchildren.

And here are the children (from l to r)...Trisha, Kelly, Patrick, Michael, and Marion.
Here is one of the cabins that we rented. If you're ever in that neck of the woods I would recommend it...its called Fox Meadows...you can check it out on the internet.
As far as the Polar Express, I would HIGHLY suggest you go next year with your family! I was a little pricey....but after going I think it was worth every penny!
